The Problems

Abundant. Frustrating. Risky.

Rotating shower screen doors and bath screens often come with persistent and frustrating problems that have been accepted as normal for far too long.

It's not just a little leak.

Many swing shower screens suffer from:

Frequent leaks causing water damage, frustration and slips

Seal strips that quickly develop green algae due to trapped water

Leaking so badly, hotels resort to ugly curtains

Difficulty finding suitable replacement seals

Only fitting perfectly level baths so seals don't seal

Dependence on users to check seal alignment before every use

Leaks are a widespread problem.

Market research conducted at the 2024 UK Installer Show revealed 92% of installers experienced leaking swing bath screens, with over 60% witnessing actual water damage. They'd even pay a lot more for a solution which  ratifies the market need! In addition, there are an abundance of negative product reviews and online forums highlighting ongoing frustration and search for a solution. Just a small sample of these are below.

We deserve better and so does the planet.

The problem is primarily in the design and sometimes installation. Gaps — particularly around hinges and seal connections — allow water to escape. Even the smallest gaps in joints, misaligned seals, soft seals that catch an edge then kinking or silicone in the wrong place can lead to leakage and green algae. This results in unnecessary screen and seal replacements, cleaning and water damage repairs - all bad for the environment. Many have tried and failed to solve the problems... until now!
